By registering as a Boutique/Marketplace (the “Boutique”)and advertising, listing, or promoting your business through this website (the “Platform”), you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These Terms apply to all Boutiques and retail businesses that create listings, advertisements, or promotional content on the Platform, regardless of location within the United States. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

As a Boutique owner or representative, you confirm that you are legally authorized to operate your business in your state and local jurisdiction, and that you comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to business licensing, sales tax requirements, consumer protection laws, advertising regulations, and product safety rules. You understand that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your business remains compliant with all applicable laws and regulations in your area and to verify these requirements with the appropriate authorities when necessary.

You agree that all information you provide for your Boutique listing or advertisement — including business name, contact information, descriptions, prices, promotions, and images — will be accurate, truthful, lawful, and not misleading. You further agree that you will not list counterfeit items, illegal goods, prohibited products, or any material that infringes on trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual property rights. You are solely responsible for the content you submit, and you retain all liability for your business practices, advertising claims, and customer interactions.

You understand that the Platform functions only as an online directory and advertising service that helps connect customers with independent boutiques. The Platform does not own, operate, control, manage, endorse, or guarantee any boutique business, products, services, or transactions. No partnership, employment, agency, or joint venture relationship is created between you and the Platform. All orders, communications, and business activities occur directly between you and your customers.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform and its owners, employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, disputes, complaints, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of your business operations, advertising content, transactions, or legal non-compliance. This includes but is not limited to customer disputes, misrepresentation, product issues, contractual matters, legal violations, or financial loss.

You agree to conduct your business professionally, respond to customer inquiries courteously, and comply with all applicable consumer protection and advertising standards. The Platform reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to review, edit, refuse, or remove any listing or advertisement that is deemed inaccurate, inappropriate, misleading, fraudulent, harmful, non-compliant with law, or otherwise not aligned with Platform policies. Listing or membership fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

You acknowledge that the Platform may request verification of your business identity, licensing, or compliance documentation at any time. You also agree to promptly update your listing information if your contact details, business status, legal compliance, or ownership changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the Platform is operated, unless otherwise required by applicable law. The Platform may update these Terms periodically, and your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue advertising or listing your boutique on the Platform.

By registering or advertising as a boutique on this Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
