Welcome to my Storefront on My Local Crafters! These Terms & Conditions explain how my shop operates within the marketplace. By purchasing from my store, you agree to the policies and practices listed below.

         I am an independent maker selling through the My Local Crafters platform. All products, listings, and transactions are managed directly by me, and I take pride in offering handcrafted, original creations.

         All items are described as accurately as possible, including size, materials, and care instructions. Because each item is handmade, small variations in color or texture may occur — these are part of the charm of handmade work! I do not list or sell any items that violate copyright, trademark, or My Local Crafters guidelines.

1. 1. 3. Orders & Payment
         Orders are processed directly from you, the buyer to me, the Maker through the My Local Crafters platform’s secure checkout. Accepted payment method is Stripe. Orders are confirmed via email once payment is complete.

1. 1. 4. Shipping & Delivery
         Processing time: 3–5 business days.
         Shipping method: UPS I am not responsible for delays caused by delivery services. Tracking information will be provided when available.

1. 1. 5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
         Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery (unless otherwise stated).
         Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Custom or personalized items may not be returnable. Please contact me directly to resolve any issue — I want you to love your purchase!
         All transactions are between the Buyer & Seller.

         I do not create or sell items containing profanity, hate speech, political or racial negativity, or copyrighted materials.
         All products listed are safe for home use and created with care.

         I strive to respond to messages within 24–48 hours. Please contact me through  my email  CraftMore4U@gmail.com for any questions about orders, custom requests, or product details.

         My Local Crafters platform does not charge any processing fees. Any fees incurred are between the Buyer and the Maker. My Local Crafters does not handle refunds or any transactions on behalf of individual sellers or buyers.

         Your personal information is used only to process your order, communicate with you, and comply with legal obligations. Please review My Local Crafters’ Privacy Policy for more details.

          I am responsible for my own store listings and customer service.
          My Local Crafters serves only as a marketplace platform and is not liable for disputes, product claims, or transactions.
