Our breads and baked goods are made in small batches using fresh ingredients. Because each item is handmade, slight differences in size, shape, color, and appearance may occur. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

Products are available while supplies last. Some items may require advance ordering, especially for holidays, events, large quantities, or custom requests.

All orders should be reviewed carefully before pickup or delivery. Because our products are perishable, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted. However, if an order is incorrect or arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review the issue.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, pickup, and delivery information. Freshly Kneaded is not responsible for delays or missed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Orders that require a deposit must be paid by the agreed deadline. Deposits for custom or large orders may be nonrefundable once ingredients have been purchased or preparation has begun.

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including wheat, gluten, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. Customers with food allergies should contact us before ordering. We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens.

Baked goods should be stored according to the care instructions provided. Freshly Kneaded is not responsible for changes in quality caused by improper storage after pickup or delivery.

Prices, flavors, ingredients, and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary.
