Thank you for supporting our small business. Please review the following terms before placing an order.

Orders

All products are handmade and may vary slightly in color, size, texture, or appearance from the photos shown. These variations are part of the unique nature of handcrafted items.

Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise noted. Custom or personalized orders may require additional production time.

Shipping

Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier. Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are outside of our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns and exchanges are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

Custom Orders

Custom and personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or there is an error on our part.

Product Availability

All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order if a product becomes unavailable.
