Welcome to Willow & Thread Boutique. By shopping with us, visiting our boutique, or contacting us about our products and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
All handmade and small-batch items may vary slightly in color, size, texture, or appearance. These variations are part of what makes each item unique and are not considered defects.
Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. Some items may be available in limited quantities and cannot be restocked once sold.
Returns or exchanges may be accepted within 14 days of purchase when the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition. Custom, personalized, clearance, and final-sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information. The boutique is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within three days of delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
Gift cards, deposits, and custom-order payments are nonrefundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel an order, or limit quantities when necessary.
