How do I sign-up for a My Local Crafters account?
The first step is to Register an account. Then the Crafters Welcome page contains the Crafter Application for your Storefront. Fill out the entire application, upload  image and submit. 

How long will it take for my application be approved?
Once we receive your application, you will receive an answer within 48 hours.

Do I have to show my personal information on my Storefront page?
There are contact options on your page. It is your choice as to what options you want to use and how you want to be contacted.

What is my Storefront URL?

How do I receive a payment for a sold product?
All payments and possible shipping charges are between you and the buyer. Payments are not made through the website.

Buyers locally and from all over the country will be visiting the website so they will find you even if they live in another state.

The sale process is between you and the buyer. Purchases will be processed directly between you and the buyer. MyLocalCrafters.com is not a platform for buyers to purchase through the website. This eliminates you paying shipping, listing and processing fees. MyLocalCrafters.com wants you to keep your profits instead of spending them on fees.

You will receive the payment directly from the buyer in whatever form you use like such as Paypal, Zelle, Credit card etc. You will set the charges for the buyer including the product, payment fees and shipping costs if applicable. 

What are the monthly fees?
After our Limited Time Offer is expired, the only fee you will pay is $15/month. There are no listing fees, no credit card fees, no shipping fees and no processing fees. We want you to keep your profits.

Can I cancel my Storefront at anytime?
Yes. There is no contract. We do ask that you give us at least 6 months to see successful results from our advertising and increased traffic to the website.

Will monthly fees increase?
We will do everything to keep our fees as low as possible. As the company grows, expenses will grow as well. The most important increase would be advertising and marketing which only means more benefits for you and your business.

Will there be other options for more services in the future?
Yes, once we get launched we will be offering “The Shoppe” which allows unlimited product images, links to your website, social media, craft shows and more.
